Not only does the third-generation Mahindra Scorpio for sale have a turbo-petrol engine, in addition to the diesel, but it also has a four-wheel drive option for both motors.
The Scorpio has a 2.2-litre engine and power figures are around 103 kW and 320 Nm. new and used Scorpio models have manual transmission only. Customers opting for the petrol powertrain do not have to compromise on offroad abilities - with two 4x4 variants available.
The Scorpio range apparently locks horns with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, VW Taigun, and MG Astor, but not all these models are off-road capable.
